Took 3 days for a recall software fix and they were not able to provide a loaner. And after having my car for 3 days they couldn't find 30 minutes to program a new key and told me to come back another day. I went somewhere else for that.

Very disappointed
This location failed to inform me that they are no longer a Genesis Service Center. So I had to pay for the oil change after driving 2 hrs to the location.
