I took my 2019 Colorado there for the GM transmission studder/shake issue I was experiencing. Per the GM TSB they allegedly performed a transmission flush. I was also do for an Oil Change as well. I say "allegedly" because for one, they stated, and charged me, for a Tire rotation, yet I know for a fact they did not actually do because there is a deep cut on the tread of the tire that I only noticed after the last time I had taken my truck there for a balancing issue. The only tire that this obvious deep cut was on, is still on the same location as it has been since the last service visit so this charged service was definitely not performed. The "Oil Change" they again allegedly performed, either again they did not do, or they did not reset the oil life monitor. Then the rather large heavyset fellow that was my "Service advisor" that probably drove my truck either to the shop or at any point, was probably the one who bent the driver seats control panel on the side of the seat that wraps around the seat with the controls on it. It is vastly bent away from the seat which obviously would have came from a "Heavy" person exiting the vehicle and putting extreme pressure on this part that then just bent away from the seat. I wont even get into the warranty denial from the warrant provider sold to me from this same dealership to fix the GM TSB-mandated repair for the transmission issues. Furthermore the Service Manager that I was working with to gather the documentation for this service visit and repairs along with 2 Service Advisors considered my circumstance funny. This is same dealership that sold me this vehicle with not even 25K miles on yet, experiencing this critical defect. They all seemed to find it amusing and Intentionally laughed loudly as I walked away with the inflated bill I had to pay for. Including known services that they did not actually perform! I am assuming this was because they know they just duped yet another customer that they could care less about. I would absolutely never recommend this dealership to even a worst enemy! I can only assume that they were perfectly aware of this known defect with this vehicle considering the Sales person asked me during the 5 minute test drive outright "Did you feel any slipping or shuddering with the transmission?" which at the time during our 5 minute test drive, I unfortunately I did not. It was only a couple weeks later and actually driving the vehicle for prolonged period of time that the issue occurred, then progressively got more frequent. This was a terrible experience all around and then to be laughed at from the "Service Manager" and advisors in the service department when experiencing such a devasting defect on a vehicle with such low miles, that I just purchased 2 months prior from them. Then I, as the customer have to foot the bill for, has just completely opened my eyes to this business and dealerships deceitful and unprofessional way of doing business. If I could give it a lower rating I absolutely would.

How they would not honor their 3 month warranty!!! My radio has a ghosting issue. I was told the part was $1000! They would put $100 towards it. Really, it should have been totally covered! I'm confident that it happened when they first received it and wiped the screen like they told me the first time! Awful customer service!!!! I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Parks again!!! If I could return my truck and get a refund cancel my loan I would!!! No customer service!
