Parks replaced my brakes and rotors along with a faulty strut but when I asked if they remembered to rotate the tires, the agent said they had but that was not true. The mechanic wasn't even aware they were supposed to due it and it did not show up on the invoice. So I wasn't charged for it but what disturbs me the most is being lied to.

Also tried offering me less than 40% of the value of my trade in despite asking over 120% LTV on all the cars their selling and just An absolute waste of time.

They got the service done sooner than expected. Thomas Fox, the service people working on the repairs including the brakes and finding another issue I didn't know about was great. Thomas and everyone in service have been excellent. We have service done only at Parks Huntersville since we bought the 2008 Equinox new there. Wouldn't take it anywhere else.

I got there and checked in and the called Thomas Fox (advisor) and he advised me what to do and then I took Tahoe in to be checked and it was was what he said and they repaired and I picked up truck earlier than promised.. loyalty to your service adviser works both ways..!

One of the few Chevy dealers in the area with trained Volt mechanics on site. Service prices are in line with what one would expect at a dealership. I like my service writer at this shop. On this recent visit, no delays.
I WOULD avoid making a service appointment on line or in the Chevy app. Doing so means theres an odds on favorite chance the appointment wont be in their computer system. Just call and make the appointment.
