Basically did a good job - however when it came time to leave the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead. They said battery was fine in the 27 point inspection but yet they had to jump start it for me to leave???

My husband said the waiting area was comfortable, but they didn't wash and detail the car. They gave him a coupon for a nearby car wash, he didn't take the extra time to get it washed. Not sure why the carfax said the car was washed and detailed.
