I really appreciate Park Place Mercedes and my service advisor Mike Tone. After dealing with another Mercedes dealer, the difference at Park Place is incredible. Rather than trying to figure out the least amount of warranty work to do, the folks at Park Place will go above and beyond to replace what ever needs to be fixed to fix the problem. No hassle, no discussion, just "let's figure this out and fix it". Very impressive!

Unprofessional service technician, they broke my bumper trim molding and my tow hook license plate holder was missing.
I waited for 4 hours for regular servicing and the valet took 25 min to get my vehicle out. Hopefully my advisor whose name was Dulce, she took the necessary action to reimburse me.
I would rather choose a service center who provides time and feedback rather then the one that have maximum flow.
