Working with a new service advisor named Greg who has been excellent. Kept me well informed I had a Lexus loaner for the entire period of the repairs and they did the job right. Highly trustworthy, the dealer is definitely more expensive, but I've had my car jacked up at third-party shops before so now I just pay the freight for the peace of mind.

The front end alignment didn't correct the problem. They said it was because one tire on front was bad but after I changed the tire to exactly the same tread depth it still pulls to the left.

I was there for a recall fix on my 300h. They told me 2 hours and they did it in 1hr and 50 minutes. Not only did the job but also gave my car a free wash and free fuel fill up which was a surprise for me

I asked quite a few questions and they never was able to get an answer. The associate left the shift and handed over to another guy who simply processed payment. Other than the car came out nice and clean, I'm not keen on going back again.
