My car was taken in prior to my appointment time by about 20 minutes. That was good. My service appointment lasted about 1 hour and 45 minutes. My only complaint is I had to return to the dealer while on the way because a light on the dash came 0n. I returned in traffic to the dealership and it was immediately corrected. Upon my arrival, the mechanic explained to me what he thought occurred.

I have a company car and it is in for service every 5-6 weeks. They take me in on time and get me out before my shift starts. They also talk to the provider to assure that any service needed is articulated appropriately so that it will be covered. This is why I will continue to use them.

I got the vehicle rechecked for their immediate action statements on the vehicle inspection. I went to 2 different places and both said there is wear as should be at 55k miles, however making drastic $4,000 repairs was beyond unnecessary for at least bother 20K miles. Sales markup scams.

My experience at Paramus Chevrolet was awful. We just purchased a 2025 Tahoe and within a week around 1000 miles the onstar, WiFi, and SOS is no longer operating. We scheduled service (they NEVER have loaner vehicles) and my wife sat there for 3 hours with my 3 year old and they said the module failed and they will order a new one and come back for replacement. Ridiculous never buying another chevy

When I first arrived, the service center teches didn't even know what services were covered for the first year for EVs. I think more training and general knowledge should be given to all about EVs... Seems to happen often that there is a lack of knowledge.

Went back 3 times to get the new tires rebalanced. Spent nearly 12 hours of my time. Turns out their machine wasn't calibrated correctly. You would think that a large Chevy dealer would make sure their equipment was working properly. Probably affected many customers. Poor service.

My husband was NOT very happy with the service. Asked if they checked all the fluids and battery . they didn't let him know anything about this . When he got home he checked and found some of the fluids needed to be topped off. He also spent three hours at the dealer for this oil change. Don't think we'll be back. I will if the old workers would come back. Liked dealing with Mark.

I like the service done, and the service advisor, Jim Kobernick, is the very best and very knowledgeable and experienced with Corvettes. He always advises me in the right direction to what is best for my Corvette. What I don't like is the cost these days and that the dealership charges 3% of your bill to use a credit card. It made my bill over a $1,000.

Paramus Chevy has improved but is still problematic. Waited a 1/2 hour for a loaner to be brought around because they could not find a valet. Car was brought back 2days after pick up because the mechanic did not tightened the battery.
