They refused to correct a recall. I had gotten a letter the motor was going to have to be replaced. Long story short, they found a way to get out of it. Now I will be facing a MAJOR car problem down the road and they are hoping it happens after the warranty runs out. Have bought my LAST Kia after buying Kias 3 times!

This was not an actual service, it was the installation of an upgrade. The work was done excellently, however, had I not known the price of the item purchased I would have been overcharged for the items. The labor was a bit more than I expected also, I thought the job could have been done quicker. All in all, though, it was pretty good.

I was lied to about my brakes on my car. I was told it would be over $700 for front and rear so I asked if I could just get brake pads and I was told it would be $270. When I arrived I told the guy pads only because I'm on disability and couldn't afford the full price. My bill was over $500 just for pads. I have been a customer for over 9 years and I will not be back!

I was 3 hours away from home and ran off the road. Car started making weird metal on metal sound. I called a tow truck and also called kia of hickory. The lady that answered the phone was really polite and once we arrived(like 2 hours before closing) they were Jonny on the spot . Took the time to check out my telluride and stayed over. After checking everything they got me back on the road.

Everyone was helpful an polite all my recalls where fixed. It took several visits to take care of it all.. I think planning needs to be somewhat better. So as customers do not have to have several return trips. Overall I am satisfied with the service I received.

Horrible service! Lost my car twice. Told me they traded in my car without my consent until MY tow company found the car and got it home from the lot. Useless people. Not only that but they charged me TWICE for the service because they couldn't keep my information straight. Horrible experience and waste of my time and money

Expensive, but good service. Anytime you go to a dealership it will be high, and this was this case as the bill was over $2,000. Labor alone was over a thousand dollars. I had an engine light that was blinking that needed attention. Had an airbag light and brake light that needed attention as well.

Lack of information given to customer after service. Had questions for the service manager, he said he didn't know he said talk to our sales person. Still don't know if the recall was done and items of concern we had when we turned in were not acknowledged on final print out. Service Manager doesn't know what is going on and doesn't care.

Very helpful, courtesy, respectful. Vehicle had to be towed due to no oil and service dept took in my Kia and quickly began assessing the problem. I was also provided with a loner car so I didn't have to wait and was able to complete errands. Kia is the best and I've bought more then one Kia.

I like the girl who checked me in she tried so hard to cover my steering coupler but they wouldn't and it was on recall thanks so much for that. As far as the fuse recall I wasn't there no time and they were finished. Didn't get the coupler fixed yet

The wait was 2.5 hours after being told it should take only an hour. Then the service advisor tried to charge over $100 more than the original quote. Then they tried to sell me overpriced tires that I didn't need. The quality of service is far less than it used to be.

Recall fuse was installed in a timely manner. Tire rotation and oil change were done as expected. Was given an estimate for changing timing belt. Technician said he checked my records and could not find where a replacement had been done. I checked my invoices at home and found where the service for a new timing belt was done on 3-1-21. I will have the front and rear wipers replaced in the near future, as adviced.

Totally disappointed. Made appointment for recalls and had to wait over a month. Had to drive over an hour each way. When I showed up only two recalls could be done as they didn't have the part. They knew I was coming and fail to have parts in stock. I have owned three Kias but based upon this service, it will be my last! Service department failed the brand

Appointment was for Saturday with drop off on Friday Evening. Arrived and was greeted by Dept Manager. Checked what I needed done and said he could have it done in half an hour if I wanted to wait. Waited about 20 minutes and was ready to go. Very happy with service and not having to leave car overnight.
