Very nice experience. Everyone was so helpful. Easy to book appointment for oil change. Technician and service advisor made recommendations but there was no pressure to get work done. They wanted me to check to make sure I had not previously had this work done because it was my first visit. I really appreciate their honesty. I will definitely return and highly recommend Pappas Toyota.

They previously told me that our cars motor mount would be covered under the tsb when the vibration got worse, so when we brought the car back in they said they couldn't feel the vibration and told me the tsb had expired. They should have checked the cars mileage and the first in service date before telling me it would be covered!

Hood open cable wasn't reinstalled correctly. When I parked in my garage, my battery was dead and when I went to replace the battery, I was unable to because I couldn't get the hood open. Had to takeoff multiple panels to reinstall the hood latch cable correctly. Only then, could I replace my dead battery. Thanks Pappas for double checking everything WT F

Long. Wait tim in waiting area..felt a. Little pressured this time...and was left waiting in bay area. While other employees were just sitting there. I guess waiting on my service rep...didnt like that
