The team is fantastic. I truly can't say enough. Everything runs downhill. When you see truly happy people who are relaxed, confident, open and trustworthy equally with customers and their teammates, it is a sign they are valued by their employer. I am impressed by Subaru. I have not seen this culture at any other automaker.

I love the service that I receive at Pape--the people and the service itself is top notch. The only problem I have is the amount of time I spend waiting for that service to be performed. It doesn't matter what I am having done, I spend a minimum of 2 hours in the waiting room, even if it's just for an oil and filter change. Every time. Without fail. I bring snacks and a drink and a project to work on.

It took almost a month to get an appointment and when we came in for service there was an issue with the mechanic so we waited for hours. It really was a disaster, but they were very gracious, apologized and comped the service call. Would I recommend Pape for Service, probably not, but I would try one more time for myself.

For the second time this year the service people DID NOT tighten all the lug nuts properly when they rotated!!! I was on the freeway the next day and the front drivers tire started wobbling and freaked me out. Had to stop and tighten all the lug nuts! Not a good thing when carting around 3 young granddaughters!!

Appointment estimate of 50 minutes was woefully off. I waited for three hours (had I known I would have arranged for a loaner vehicle). After my wait I was told there was nothing wrong with my car (I brought it in due to a recall). Infuriating waste of time.
