I'm very pleased with Pape Chevrolet it is a great family run business. I highly recommend the sales department and enjoyed talking to Edward J. Myers. I'm looking forward to purchasing my grandson his first new car and I will certainly look forward to dealing with Edward.

They were very nice and helpful for the most part, Besides the fact My right taillight went out two days after I purchased my vehicle. I went there the next day it went out on a Saturday to let them know.They took my info down and said they'd call me on Monday, They never did. So I called them on Tuesday to get this fixed and have been yet to hear back to get this fixed.

Everything about pape's service center is excellent! Easy scheduling, great customer service, competent repairs at a fair price and a nice lounge to use while you wait for your car to be serviced. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car servicing and haven't for over 40 years!

My battery died. I didn't have an appointment. They were also very busy. They were able to get me in at 9:30 and had me out by lunchtime. Usually you have to book ahead a week or two for an appointment.But if you have an emergency they are right there for you. They really had my back.

Service writer was great. However the tech did not do what I paid for. I was charged for a tire rotation , oil change and sticker. They never did the tire rotation. I mark my tires cause pape has done this before so to make sure I mark them. They were in the same position. Tech made an excuse for not doing the tire rotation. Pape is not trustworthy.

Horrible. Every aspect of Fred Papes dealership is horrible....apart from buying a car....no problem there. Problems arise when you have issues with your car. It took a year and $4000.00 (Non-Refundable) to go thru Maine Lemon Law. All because of his ego.

I do't feel that I got a proper explanation for why the fuel pump system needed replacing. All these 29 point checks with regular services, including one in the last month, saw no indication of this potential failure? In the last 6-8 months I have replaced a water pump and now this. As a long time GM owner, I have never replaced these systems on much higher mileage vehicles.
