I picked up my truck and I had to take it back the same day because the problem came back also I had mentioned that my ac wasn't working and that wasn't resolved as well. This is an F450 2021 32000 miles and it's had so many problems, they don't make cars like they use to any more.

The Service Managers were very helpful and understanding of my problem(s) after bringing my Ford Transit Connect in for an oil change. Had to return for service two times on different days after I had the oil change. The first was due to too much oil added to the motor which fouled the EGR. The second time was to have the system reprogrammed as the ON/Off switch would not function after the first repair.

I had a very poor experience. I did not receive any updates regarding the status of my vehicle. I called multiple times, and the person who answered told me they would check and call me back, but that never happened. The vehicle was supposed to be ready within a few days, but it ended up taking about a week. It is very important for the dealership to provide a specific date and time when the vehicle will be ready, especially when a loaner vehicle is not provided. Clear communication is essential to allow customers to plan accordingly.
