I recommend Lorenzo Amos as an advisor. He does not over-sell. He honestly tells the customer what his/her car needs or doesn't need. On the other hand, waiting for one's car while it's being serviced takes a very long time. I recently waited for two hours (although I had an appointment) for a simple tire rotation.
