Service was good, however, they have me waiting forever for the paperwork for my car, which I purchased used in Mar. They neglected to contact me saying I had to bring car in for safety check before I could get my paperwork. I thought they had completed the safety check before handing me the car.
So now it is May and I'm still waiting. I'd give them a 1 star for customer service follow up.

I really enjoyed my experience on this trip. My service advisor Rayne(sp?) was really helpful and knowledgeable. Of course he tried to offer an additional service but he was not at all pushy and did not try to install panick about me not having it. My service was completed in a good timeframe and the communication was good.

Fast and friendly check-in, work all done faster than expected, even though I was a walk-in, and a wonderful waiting room and shuttle. I just wish they'd stop their surcharge on debit and credit cards. Even though they warn you upfront, it's an unpleasant way to end the transaction.

They didn't do, what I specifically asked them not to do. They did what I asked them to do and consulted me prior on any additional work, no matter how small. I like that. I get mad when mechanics and service personnel, do what they think is best for me, then charge me and I find out later, even though it is within the estimate.

Excellent service and Larry, the service manager, is always so nice to deal with. He treats customers with respect, unlike a recent experience with a different dealership who were rudely dismissive to my husband because he didn't make an appointment. We'll be going to Pacific Honda from now on for our car service.

No service was completed. They had knowledge of the issue but were not able to remedy the issue. The issue with the car continues to persist to this day and I will have to return to another Honda dealership to get the issue fixed because this location failed to complete a thorough diagnostic.

Our previous Hondas were well taken care of too, as well as the company car (CRV). We're grateful and looking forward to servicing a new Honda, whenever we get one.

Lee Ann Shishido and the female shuttle driver were both very congenial and exemplary in the performance of their duties. Lee Ann was very informative in explaining what was going to be performed on my car and providing me with an estimate and the shuttle driver was courteous and friendly and responded immediately after placing a call and giving me an estimate of time arrival for pick-up.

Then the service was extremely expensive and to add insult to injury they added 3.99% to my bill for paying by credit card.

A/C evaporator and valve needed to be replace. Rather than have me drive around without any A/C while I waited a couple of days for the technician I was given a nice loaner to hike me over. Some of the service was under warranty. Everything was smooth.

Staff was nice and pleasant. Atmosphere felt welcoming. Even though they had a line of customers they were working as quickly as possible but making sure we were serviced in a timely manner and discussed what was needed to be performed.
Always good to schedule an appointment to make things easier.
Definitely will be coming back to get my Honda serviced again in the future.

Identified an issue with a rattling noise in the passenger side dash board. Service said it didnt exist and was caused by loose items in car. When I got the car home I removed all the items from the car and the rattle was still there. Very low effort on the part of the mechanic.

I had regular maintenance completed and prevented a stall or unsafe vehicle. The advisor explained the priorities in servicing the vehicle. Very poor. They dont care about the quality of service. They are by the numbers. The more services they do the more money they make. And they rush to finish the service to the point that they brake and damage the parts of the car. Dont trust this dealer. Better go to another dealer. If only I could turn back time I would NEVER bought my car from this dealer. I regret it. Go find another dealer not this one. Save your money.

My Service Rep, Leanne, always takes care of me. I got my tires replaced (she ordered them) and a safety check in a reasonable amount of time. The work was done before I expected it to be. The tires seem better than the tires that originally came with the car. Thanks, Leanne!

It is always nice to take my car in for servicing. The repairs and maintenance are always necessary, and I never feel that things are being made up. However, I am very disappointed that the Credit Card transaction fee is now being passed on to the consumer.
