Dealer has all of my money. I paid the entire balance of vehicle. They illegally charged me $6,500 above list price of $31,995. California law prohibits the sale of a vehicle for more than list price. The will not give me any paperwork and I am unable to get vehicle which was purchase on April 23, 2026. I need help from your legal department. Dealer will not return my calls nor emails.

They were all over the place with pricing of the vehicle. It seemed like they were trying to scam you into more than the purchase price. The vehicle price was 39 990. Without the door 51,000 you've got to be kidding me! Fee's I think not!! Just be honest negotiate and not be $8000-$10,000 all over the map with the cost of a vehicle price. Be upfront with your pricing.

They practice predatory bait and switch tactics offering low-cost vehicles online with advertised feature that they refuse to include with the sale. Then they REQUIRE that you purchase "optional" add ons totaling around $5,000. This place is dishonest, take your business elsewhere.

The actual price is inconsistent with the marked price. The package needs to be added when purchasing the car. It is not a necessary addition required by law, but the car buyer is required to pay when purchasing.

TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTIING!!!. I enquire in person and on line and by phone,when I walked into the lot no one approached me and I walked around for a while; then I went into the office and there was no one in the front desk, I walked around for a while, again, and finally I went to the back, where I sow a couple fools playing with the phones with no business calls, and ignored me completely, I walked out; on line, still waiting, and on the phone, no one answered!!!.
