Everyone was friendly and I got in quickly, but I was in there for a diagnosis and it was not very specific. The tech really didn't tell me anything worthwhile. The diagnosis fee was lower than most new car dealers, so I guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend them for other things but not for diagnosing anything that takes too much time.

I guess the mechanics damaged a part and had to get a replacement. When we got the car back they had shut off all that instrament panel side guages. It took me an hour or so together it working again. Seemed like a sloppy mistake. Rather frustrating.

Ozark Chevrolet is the BEST!! I will not go anyplace else to have my Chevy worked on. They really care about you and your car. I know I was a bit early on my oil change/filter/tire rotation and they advised me I could go another month or two. Ozark chevy has done a decent job at taking care of us. They've kept their word for the most part and always try to do right by us. That being said, this issue has lasted for months and they couldn't figure it out last time we were there, wish they could have. We still have an issue that hasn't been resolved yet and hopefully it doesn't become a danger later.
