Oil change a few miles overdue. Seemed a bit pricey this time. On the other hand, had noise unsure of origin, belt or brakes. Tech suggested belt(s) check first based on info I gave. He came to me in waiting area advised drive belt(s) needed replacing felt that would take care of issue. Suggested if not, come back and brakes would be reevaluated. I was NOT PRESSURED, which I very much appreciated.

Cant believe haw much y'all charge customers for parts and service,you practically triple the price on parts service you can get at other places even toyota parts.you lost me as a customer The only way you service my tundra again is if the service is covered under my extended warranty and maintenance warranty

Great customer experience, I originally had an appointment for 5/10/25 but, sent a text to my service advisor Nick White and got a response that I could come on 5/5/2025 for the service that I requested. I was not there long but, find out my service advisor will no longer work there. Nick was awesome and will be missed.

Went to test drive a car they have. Drove 1 block and check engine light came on. Left. A week later sent me an email saying it was a sound car and couldn't wait for me to come test drive. When I responded with asking what was wrong with it told me it has a bad transmission then dropped the price $1000. The salesman was honest but that was the only good thing about my experience.

Excellent service they found an issue with the rear end of my vehicle. Apparently someone had hit it and there wasn't enough damage that showed so they just drove off and I wasn't even there I had to pay about $200 to get it fixed but other than that everything was great

It gone finished before I expected, everything was left just as it was, oddly it even had a nice scent when I returned and there was an inspection done showing everything else in the car was good. It seems they did a lot more than what was asked for in the job and I'm happy for that.

I was just there for an oil change. I had an appointment and I have a long drive to get there. It took an hour past my appointment before they took my car back. Car was done 20 minutes later. The staff is courthouse and the waiting room is comfortable.

I was very thankful they could work me in quickly when I had car trouble. After recommending a very good towing company, the tech at Oxmoor Toyota diagnosed and fixed the problem, ( A rodent had chewed through some wires) and I was quickly on my way. The facility was clean and everyone I interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Oxmoor Toyota.

Was not satisfied with service at Oxmoor Toyota. I was told that my driver rear tire had a nail in it but there was no nail instead the threading on the tire was worn and a new tire was needed. Also my battery was not giving out the right amount of power wi has to Have my battery replaced but I was not informed about it during the multipoint inspection.

Quoted 1 to 1 1/2 hours but Took over 2 hours. Then misplaced my keys so had to wait for them to find them. The tag in my car reminding me about when my next oil change says 108,234 miles - I only have 14,940 miles on my car - obviously not my cars tag!!! Makes me wonder if they even serviced my car!!!

Look like the mechanic didn't put the sir pressure on all the tires and the engine looks so dirty. Didn't check all fluid. Didn't check the break system. Look like he just update odometer with out change oil. I didn't see the 16 point inspection check list.
