All service completed as expected. Cost seemed high for several line items, and the dealership didn't provide any details on the length of time needed for the service not the scope in advance of my arrival, in spite of me asking about this when I made the service appointment

My service appointment for tune up and injection cleaning went very well! The service advisor Joshua Hanover was very helpful in setting up the appointment and explaining in detail exactly what work would be done, the estimated cost, and how long it would take. Everything was done on time just as Joshua described. I am very satisfied and will definitely come back for future service at Oxmoor Hyundai.

We are from out of state and had an issue with our Elantra. Oxmoor Hyundai was EXCELLENT with us. Kept us up to date ordered parts as fast as they could get them and shipped the car to us. Marcus was very helpful when it came to servicing our vehicle. It took a while for the parts to come in (at no fault of Marcus), but once we did get our vehicle in the shop, he kept us up to date and even helped us get an oil service done by working with the Genesis dealer on our behalf as we live in Evansville, Indiana.

Vehicle had issue with blind spot camera. Sat in service for 14 days with no communication from service department. Went to store to ask about status and was told it was supposed to finally be looked at the next day for probable software issue but maybe not until following week as there had been a lot of technicians absent. Actually took another 6 days.

Charge was aprox 75 dollars more than the quoted price at check in! Questioning the initial finalized charge did result in an unexplained reduction close to the initial price for a normal transmission service (drain/replace fluid). Not unique to this dealer, seems standard nationwide in the auto industry!

I arrived early for routine maintenance and was greeted immediately, signed the form approving the service work, and was sent to the comfortable customer lounge. The work was completed under the estimated time frame and everyone was efficient and friendly.

They suppose to rotate my tires but they didn't it. So I have to come back and get it done. And of course, they charged me for that without even having done it. I'm glad I realized before leaving the place. Things like this make me wonder if they actually do the proper maintenance when they take the car back.

Was great and my service advisor Joshua, he made an exceptional job keeping me informed about how keeping my car in good shape. I personally do many of the regular maintenance including air and cabin filter but I decided to take the car to the dealership because of some safety recalls. Everything was fixed and my car is good now.

5 Stars for the dealership, 3 Stars for Hyundai. The issue of excessive oil consumption was brought up before the 100k warranty expired but had to complete two 1000 mile tests to prove the issue to Hyundai. Since it is now over 100K, I am responsible for 10% of the cost to replace the engine, in this case (1.6 turbo) will be about $1200.

Steering wheel was to be replaced as part of warranty coverage. Dropped off my vehicle and left. They called me back about an hour afterwards to inform me that they had the wrong steering wheel, which means I'll need to reschedule when the correct one arrives and partition off time to do the same thing again. Not mad, just disappointed.

Service was extremely poor. Car was in shop for 14 days. Supposedly waiting on a part. Dealer never did contact me to keep me updated. I had to always call them and always had a hard time getting through. I have purchased four Hyundais in he past. This will be the last one I purchase and this will be the last thing I ever have to do with the Oxmoor Hyundai.

Had a nail removed from a tire, but no air loss and had the manifold heat shield replaced, all of which took about 2 hours. Appointment was at 10 A.M., and was out of there a little after noon. All under warranty-no charge. Service kept me informed of progress. Was thoroughly pleased with this experience.

Was told I didn't need an appointment to have new set of keys reprogrammed, arrived was walked from sales to service, to parts, to tech having to explain what needed to happen to each. Was told they would work on it with no time estimate given, based on the fact that I didn't need an appointment I made the assumption it would be quick. . . an hour late I had to ask in order to find out that it was done and ready to go.
