I was impressed with the service provided; the service department was very professional and made sure I knew where the waiting room was. And the mechanic did a very, very good job; my car engine was clean, just like it was when it came in for an oil change. It is a show car Dodge Challenger HellCat SRT 6-speed manual.

I was able to make an appt for service within 48 hrs, unlike another local dealer that had a wait of 5-6 weeks. Service adviser was friendly, efficient, and got me checked in quickly. I received an update that the tech wasn't able to duplicate the issue and was invited to come and do a ride along at my convenience. Once identified, the service was completed quickly. Communication was prompt.

I had a 9:15 am appointment was told there were two ahead of me. I was patient. I told them I had a coupon for my oil change two for 130.00 that I got on the Mopar website. They only honored 5 quarts instead of the 6 quarts on the coupon and charged me an extra $54.00 for the 2 extra quarts. My totaled coupon purchased was $184 and some change instead of the $137 (to include tax). Very disappointed with this situation

The friendly service and special professional results for our service as this is the first time coming there. The other service where we bought the car and one other just didn't care about our needs. We have always kept the maintenance needed but as the car got older as we only used it for vacations we started receiving poor service. Quick service, all work was thoroughly explained to me. There was no pressure to to up sale me things differently than what I needed.
The one complaint I have is that after the oil change I was not given a sticker telling me when my next oil change was due. Additionally, I don't know if the oil change was for 3K or 5K miles. Knowing that would help me know when I should return for another oil change.
