Originally I thought the experience was pretty good but after getting my truck home, the next day it was noticed that Oxendale GMC had not put an air filter back in it. I called and told them and the solution they told me was that I could come back as they still had my old air filter and they'd install it for me. Really? I live 35 miles away and that wasn't an option!

Service Department at Oxendale GMC provides east access to scheduleing via internet. I was able to get an appointment the same day I needed one. During the time my truck was being serviced I was kept up to date on the condition and time frame of completion. Everything went well.

Took in my vehicle to have the steering wheel noise fixed but the noise is still there and letting louder. Also now there is another noise coming from the passenger side mirror, that sounds like the mirror is loose. Not satisfied with the service nor the vehicle durability.

Absolute s***. Ryan and Austin are complete di***and a*******. They're stupid and incompetent in their job. They should not be employed anywhere. Never ever coming back and gonna let other know as well you completely suck is so many ways I will not even list. You guys are absolutely horrible.

Service time is okay. Parts were not readily available. Delivery was slow due to snow and road closures. Service rep was not always available. Recommend shop. No. I just normally don't recommend any store(s) as I believe freedom of choice. Nothing negative... Just don't t do it.

The technicians did a good job on service. The dealership, which I haven't visited in a while, looks the same as I remember from the 1970's. The customer waiting room was warm and uncomfortable, there was no water available. I do appreciate that the service advisor provided me a write of problems that need addressing and that I can plan for it.

I went to the dealership twice for 2 different noises that my truck has been making for months. The first time I went I was charged for an alignment and tightening the front end, and was told that would fix the noises I was hearing. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem and my truck was still making awful noises by the time I got home. The second time I went I drove with the tech and was able to reproduce one of the noises for him (an awful squealing while turning). They kept my truck all day and eventually gave up and told me "unfortunately its one of those things that is just going to have to get worse before we can diagnose it." So $300 and two trips to the dealership later, I am driving around in a not even 3-year-old truck that sounds terrible and I fear will leave me and my child stranded on the side of the road.

Oxendale GMC is an excellent dealership to have your work done on your Chevy and GMC. I needed to have my transfer case replaced. My warranty company took 5 weeks to get an inspector out to look at it only to be denied. I was able to pre-order the part so when the time came it would be there. They one we needed our vehicle and worked it in quickly and the repair was made before Christmas. Great Christmas present . I recommend Oxendale GMC for all your needs. I am positive you will have excellent service. What ever you do, do NOT buy a warranty from American Dream Auto Warranty. They will do everything to deny it
