I usually have no complaints. The only issue I had this time was they said I needed to replace a part... we paid for the replacement and the labor, but the part they said was the issue, wasn't. Now, in order to fix the problem, I have to pay for another part and more labor. I got my car back without the problem fixed, 1800 less in my bank account, and my wiper fluid stopped working...

Just came to get the recall fixed after that a week later my car started acting up and they wouldn't look at it for a month a week later after they fixed the recall it blew a cylinder head and at the mileage it was at it should have never happened idk what they did to my car it's toast now I will never go back there again

Amazing and professional!! They did a safety inspection and it gave me the option of fixing anything wrong. They broke it down to mild or immediate needs to fixed. I only had to fix the cabin air filter and another filter. They were reasonable on thier costs as well. I will be seeing them again.

Over turf did right by me. They installed a new motor per a recall. I put over 1200 miles on that new motor. I then called and told Robert it was vibrating alot and he had me bring the Car back. After some diagnostic hrs,he had another new motor put in for me at no cost. They are super buisy and it did take a while, but they did me good!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND, 2 TECH CALLED IN. SO WHEN I ARRIVED AT MY SCH APPT TIME I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WERE SEVERAL HOURS BEHIND. IT WOULDVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A PHONE CALL TO SEE IF I WANTED TO MOVE APPT DATES. NO SHUTTLE OTHER THAN TO THE MALL, NO LOANER CARS. SO I HAD TO PAY $41 FOR A UBER. Ive always taken my car to this dealer for service since I bought it there. Ive appreciated their thoroughness and considered their treatment there as 1st rate. Imagine my surprise when I was told the service I always got there almost doubled since I was last there 5 months ago. I have my doubts about making the 60 minute drive there again.

The only negative, which is not the dealerships fault, is that my 2020 VW r-line Passat was to come with car-net in 2021 and as of August, my car still says unable to register due to vehicle not being equipped with car net services.

The service and the dealership are great! However, Im not a fan of my Volkswagen. I have a car with 23,000 miles on it and have to plug my phone in with a Volkswagen cable or a IPhone cable since Volkswagen says there is no fix at this time. Why buy a new car to have something fail so quickly and then say there is no fix for it at this time:/ this was our first VW purchase and never again

The service was great. The price was not. The work got completed in a timely matter and the counter guy was good and polite even when I was questioning the price of the service. However, the price was horrible. It was pretty much an oil change and fuel filter change for around $500 bucks. Seems steep to me when the parts only cost less than $75.

I needed the starter replaced. They had the starter in stock but had to order the intake gaskets that are required to be replaced when you changed the starter. That should be something they keep in stock if it is required for a common repair. They also took 2 hours longer than the estimated time.

I paid for a part to be replaced, and the part (according to them) wasn't working. They gave my daughter and husband a ride to the DMV to make it to an appointment, and after knowing the part wouldn't work (hours into the labor), they offered to fix it at another time at no cost to us after they get another order for the same part... this would have been an awesome deal, had we not lived 70 miles away... so another trip to the dealership is a 140 mile trip there and back...
