Unproffessional, unorganized, work not done in a timely fashion and not done properly. Water pump bolts were left loose, Engine mounts on the passenger side were left loose and engine mounts on the driver side were completely missing despite brand new bolts being supplied. Safe to assume nothing was torqured to spec. A multitude of other issues were also found when the car was brought to a different and more reputable shope afterwards.

My experience with a OutLaw European Performance was spectacular they explain the cause, and the reason for their work to be done in a a manor that I could understand and when I did seem to be a little confused, he went over again with no signs of being frustrated with me. Great experience. We were in town for game weekend and our BMW had an issue late Friday afternoon. Justin took time to diagnose and ID parts needed. Parts were ordered. They came in on Monday and it was ready that day.
