I was pleased with the timely and accurate repair service of my 2010 Ford Escape XLT, although displeased with the fact that Ourisman Ford of Alexandria is now charging an extra 2% fee to use a credit card, and misleadingly advertising that use of a debt card to pay their invoice will save customers 2%. In fact, using a debit card only "saves" customers from having to pay the 2% fee for using a credit card; there is no discount for using a debit card. Also, I was disappointed I didn't get my free car wash, as promised.

On October 12th, 2023, I took my 2002 Ford Ranger to Ourisman Ford of Alexandria for a multi-point inspection, advanced diagnosis, and oil change. My advisor sent me their diagnosis report.
According to their diagnosis, my truck needed a front cover reseal, an oil pan gasket, two tires, and an alignment.
However, to my utter shock, while working on my vehicle, their technician made a grave error that led to coolant seeping into the engine's oil. They informed me that the engine was irreparably damaged and needed to be replaced, rendering my truck immobile. The same truck I had driven there was now a mere shell of its former self.
My truck sat there for months without anyone contacting me to update me. They want me to pay for a problem that their technician caused. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership.

Shop didn't leave the best impression. Overpriced and tried to sell unneeded items. Charged $410 labor to replace the 4 supplied tpms sensors, when I was quoted $205, which i found to be abit high. They then wanted $217 to replace the side marker bulb that was not blown, which made the vehicle failed the state inspection. I had to have the service manager verify the bulb was working whobthen had to make the technician reispect and the vehicle passed. First and last time using Oursman Ford, Alexandria.
