There's no complications and they are very clear with expectations regarding how much you will pay and what kind of services they will go through. My main concern is that the shop had my car for over 2 weeks and never offered a loaner or gave an accurate time when it would be ready so that I could pursue a rental. I dropped it off on June 3rd and it was ready for pick up June 24th. I had to call daily for information and really struggled to get an honest or realistic idea of what was going or how long I would be without my car.
