I liked that they got me in in a timely manner and dropped my car off to me. I didn't like that my engine fiber guard had been left loose. Upon discovery, I returned it to the shop where they attempted to put it back on at no charge. But then it feel down a second time and I had to just rip it off. I likely will have to find a new place to take my vehicles for service.

Service never calls to inform us whenever our car is finished. So no surprise when they didn't call us. But when we called them, they informed us the whole service department was closed for the weekend and would have to wait 2 days to pay our bill and retrieve our car. No acceptable!!! We finally were able to discuss the matter with a sales manager who gave us our car and we paid our bill. We will NEVER be coming back to this shop!
