It is nice that because of my work schedule, my time very limited to take my car to the dealer for a service and they picked up my car at my work place and bring it back after a few hours with the service completed, sad that my gas was not re-filled though.

I made an appointment and was told by the service advisor that it would take approximately a couple of hours for the service to be completed. They contacted me shortly within the two hours and my vehicle was ready for pick up . Good communication , good service, pretty happy with the service.

My car needed a new battery after the shop had had it for three weeks, during which time they had installed a new engine. There is no reason why I should have needed a new battery after the shop had it for so long and had to pay $300 for it. I had only had the car back for 12 days, and it had been driven only seven of those days. I used to speak very highly of this dealership and service center. Now, not so much. Disappointed.

Unable to take and send all those pictures required. Also I did not want to make that long drive twice or even once. Although I wanted the truck we could not agree on all their requirements. I gave this score because I am facing a major mechanical issue with my vehicle less than two years after purchase, and the cost of repair is excessivemore than $15,000 for a new engine. Despite being a loyal customer, I do not feel that Ford has provided meaningful support or taken accountability. It feels like once the sale is complete, the customer is on their own, even when serious issues arise that are not due to misuse or neglect.

I spoke with a salesman on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment to see a specific vehicle that Friday. Was contacted by email on Thursday to confirm that I was still coming to see the vehicle and I assured them that I would be there Friday morning. Received a call Friday morning that the vehicle was sold Thursday evening. I took a day off work so I could come down and ended up wasting that day.

Used valet service. It snowed when returned so they let air out of tires for traction. I pulled up to service center a couple of days later and they happily filled tires back to normal. Great job on camera but it should have been covered by recall. ($300). Thank you.

Didn't replace fob after 2 hours of programming new key. I did it myself for $8. Overall cost for new key over $300 including such items as documentation and shop materials. Really. And the key I got appeared to be second source. No Ford logo on it. Could have bought on eBay for much less and brought it in to program. So bottom line: poor service at ridiculous cost.

I got there by train 4 hours and drove my new van home 6 hours. I purchased a certified used mini van for my heating business. First day on the job smelt something burning and breaks felt strange. Took van to local dealer which took a week to determine it was low on brake fluid . I lost a weeks income from having this van off the road. Well, this proves a certified vehicle isn't so certified. That's a disgrace.
