My oil change went well however the wait time is ridiculous. I usually go to Alexandria but Marlow Hgts was closer and that's where I purchased my truck. They need to do better if you have an appt. 12noon appt, arrived before 11:30 and wasn't out until 3pm. Sad. Customer service was good overall.

The last I got my car serviced the crack my rear driver side trial light and broke the inside of my trunk replacing my tail light. I will never come here for another car period my keeps going out they say I get fixed were I bought the parking sensors been on since I bought it. Never shop at this car dealership unless you bring a mechanic with you.

The appointment was made right away after the problem was shared. Once they received the vehicle, the problem was analyzed and performed. Our salesperson, Calvin Gilliam, was great! He was friendly, helpful, patient, and answered all of our questions. If I ever buy another car, I would definitely check with him before going elsewhere!
Also, regarding the dealership, they had our car ready for us to test drive, and the price advertised was the real price...no unexpected add-ons. They also did not try to upsell us anything, which we appreciated. And we got a great deal!

Orisman Chevy in Marlow Height added document fees, and other costs to the price and was very expensive. Additionally they didn't was my vehicle because of the hours their car was operate.

I have taken my car here for the oil changes since I bought the car there 3 years ago and every time I have an issue with payment. If I have a coupon it's not applied. If there was a price I saw online it's not the same. If I contact them after my service they don't respond. This is also the second time in a row that my sticker for my oil change wasn't updated.
