Service writer was ignorant, the service dept provided two quotes for a simple oil change 50% more than the previous Chevrolet dealer. I will never return to this establishment. I have another Chevrolet that was previously serviced here that I will take else where. The staff in the service dept were very unprofessional listing to music at their desk, cussing and shouting back and fourth from colleagues.

I made an appointment online for maintenance, and when I arrived, they couldn't find it, However, they did the service at the end. After a wait, I have my care back, the reset of the system after the oil change wasn't done, and they usually do a quit clean up, they didn't do it. In general stil a place where I trust the service...but I expected better service (as usual).

Overall the staff was nice and friendly. I can not be certain but I paid for a tire rotation that I believe was not done. The reason I say this is my front right tire was low before I brought it in for service. That tire is still low. The front right tire if tire rotation had been done it should be the rear right I believe.

They did put the battery in that i needed, so that was good. Even though, 454 dollars for a battery is too expensive. Also, they knew I needed air in my tires because they charged me 200 dollars for a diagnostic check. They didn't put any air in my tires. They were very low.

The oil change and tire rotation was done well and as expected. My concern for my transmission could not be looked at due to lack of transmission certified employees. I do thank them for not letting just anyone diagnose my truck, but I would think that skilled mechanics would be on staff.
