Dionovan was excellent. However, The time before last the amount of time was much longer than promised and I was offered free transmission fluid change at no cost. The last time the actual time was again much longer than promised and I was offered a free detailing. Each time I asked for the free transmission fluid change and free detailing I was given excuses for not being able to do either. Extremely poor customer relations!!!

I thought I was getting a sensor put on. When I picked my car up I was Informed the part wasn't available. ( how do you not know that it's not in). I asked would someone call to let me know if it was in. Still no call. When I got the form at the end with recommendations, no one explained anything to me.

Great service , Battery was shot 3 years plus , so got it jump off to Ourisman , and they got in me in pretty quick , while doing battery tech said needs a air filter , and brake flush , so I got filter , my suburban goes back in this week for Oil Change plus what ever GM calls for at 145,000 , great service makes it run like it only 45000 miles

The price was hire then when I scheduled the appointment through the app. Although I had a 9:30am appt I was told I would be waiting 2-3hrs for an Oil Change. A driver took me home so I didn't have to wait there. I received a call a bout 12:30pm saying my truck was ready. After 90 minutes passed i called to find out when i would be pi ked but there was no one to come back to get me.

Hey did my oil change but I wanted them to change out my headlights because they're very dull.they called me and wanted me to get front brakes that cost 800 dollars. That's very expensive and I declined it because I can go somewhere else cheaper. So because I didn't get the services you wanted me to get u never changed my lights so this experience probably will be my last with them.

Just needed to get my lug nuts changed, because lost my key lock and was charged close to a 1,000.00 dollars for service. I feel as though you guys ripped me off and I will not be recommending anyone to you guys anymore. I was told my studs were stripping and my personal mechanic told me old studs were not replaced when he did my brake job. Never Again!!!

I was given a 7 am appointment on Friday for diagnostic. My car wasn't checked until Tuesday and given back on Thursday with the problem unresolved. I was told a part for a 2022 Chevy Silverado was not in stock and needed to be ordered. I kept calling 3 weeks because I did not recieve any updates. The part finally arrived but will be installed next week because the technician is on vacation.
