Customer service was very bad. Soon as I showed up to building was not greeted with good morning. Then I over heard conversations on the floor from two reps talking about customer shouldn't get there car fix because it's about to get repo. That's was very unprofessional. Did not explain to me if I had other issues with my truck.

Theirs is the second time I've scheduled service and nothing was completed. In both experiences no action was taken on my vehicle the day I scheduled and dropped it off. There is no reason to schedule service with this department because it doesn't matter.

I took my car in after having it "repaired" because I had no heat but had AC in March 2025. Got it back in May 2025 with heat and NO AC. They wanted over $5500 to fix the AC that they damaged. They have allowed their mechanics to continuously damage my vehicle in order to get more money to replace or repair something that wasn't broken when I took it in.

Customer Service was the worst. Lack of communication, poor organization, and the nerve to ask if I want my truck washed after 2 weeks of having my truck. Wash my truck no matter what. They couldn't even do that right. There was debris on my truck still.

I took my car in because it kept leaking coolant after having cooling system replaced. Heat only worked if AC was turned on, so I took it back. Two months later get it back with very little gas left and NO AC. I will not be taking it back. Almost an entire year of dealing with them and car is worse than it was. Thousands of dollars wasted. Now check engine light is on.

Slow customer service response. Dropped off vehicle for a check engine light kept the vehicle for over a month. Took 3 weeks to get a rental/loaner from them. Finally Got the vehicle back and the check engine light came back on the next day. Called service shop back to report the light coming back on and another 6 weeks later no response from the service tech.
