Overall front desk and management were fine but the technician that serviced my vehicle needs to be rectified and find a way to communicate with customers. He was rude and useless. Management say they were going to have a word with him but I'm not too confident this tech will care.

Very easy. Booked appointment, showed up, got a loaner, received an emailed link with maintenance check issues that needed to be addressed so I could select which to do now and which to postpone, then returned loaner, paid, and went home. Couldn't be any easier.

Service experience was limited - I returned to this dealership for the 2nd key for the vehicle I had just purchased. I was told it would take an hour and it took less than that. It appeared that Ourisman had an efficient system set up for cars and the people who drive them. If this Ourisman was closer to my home, I'd be very comfortable having my car serviced there.

I had an excellent experience at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota. My car was serviced quickly, the service attendant was knowledgeable and courteous, and my car was washed before I left. I was given a complete set of documentation for the service activities and I was told when to come back for the next service interval.

Every inspection finds some issue that needs immediate attention. Independent service center said the urgent repair was not needed and that rubber hoses will look like this after 12 years and they are still in good shape. As long as you are knowledgeable about cars this service center is good.

Be aware with this service shop. Im not saying don't go to this shop but if you have to go please document your vehicle inside and outside cause they will damage it and will blame you back for damage. Their service director instead of apologizing for inconvenience accused me of asking for free things.

First service for 5k and one recall repair. Service and recall were great as well as my service advisor. However,upon departure from dealership a loud clicking noise could be heard. I found a huge bolt or lug nut embedded in the tread of my rear tire that was apparently run over during servicing. Returned to dealership and my service advisor who took it back into the shop for repair.

Untrustworthy. I went in for ToyotaCare service, they suggested I do the Safety Inspection, I agree. Fail Safety, they said I have to buy a ~$400 tire to pass because they found a nail, I declined their service and decided to take it to my mechanic to deal with my tire/safety. My mechanic found NO NAIL, TIRES ARE FINE, and it then Passes Safety Inspection.

The service was great, However I was not asked if I have a prepay maintenance service until they give me a bill. Although, they were able to credit the service to the maintenance plan. It was nuisance that I have to request the credit. Definitely an opportunity to improve and gain people trust.

Went in for state inspection and emissions which went fine but as usual the service sales rep tried to upsell additional work. I also did not appreciate that the communication of recommended services and cost were by text (not in person), especially since they knew I was waiting at the dealership.

My appointment was scheduled at 10am on a Saturday morning. I contacted the dealership late in the day to follow up on the status of my vehicle. I was told they wouldn't be able to complete the service and asked to keep the car until Monday morning since they are closed on Sundays. Apparrently they overbooked and could not complete all the services booked that day. This is poor customer service.

No one called me back regarding my issue with entertainment system, namely that troubleshooting was not done on weekends (despite filling out the additional comments section). Car was serviced, but still had several months to take it into a shop. Not too happy at having to make a trip out for naught. Poor customer service.

Great creative service to clean the ECM unit instead of having to replace a solenoid inside a transmission, to save on labor expense. Sadly, I don't think the car is still shifting out of 4th gear despite reporting it is without the engine light, but the tech did his best to identify the problem and we'll have to work a little more to get the machine just right.

I recently took my Toyota Camry in for the 65k miles scheduled service. The work performed was satisfactory, but when I picked up[ the car, there was an extra unexpected charge of $49.95 for BG MOA oil treatment. The service advisor may have mentioned the service when I brought the car in, but I thought he said it was included in the regular scheduled service at no additional cost. This also happened to me once before at Ourisman.
