They are very good and very busy. Expect to wait for an appt. Call way ahead. They do not try to find other things wrong with your car unless you ask them. They are very honest people. I won't go anywhere else!

I have been a very good review for Champlin Auto Care and Osseo Auto Care. With that being said, I am always happy with the actual service I have got on my vehicles. My complaint is with the gentleman who sits at the front desk. If I was an owner of a business I would definitely want someone else other then Lenny at the front desk. Not sure if it his personality or what but it seems he hates his job. I was told if I bring my vehicle in early which I did for an appointment at 1pm that maybe they would get it in. Showed up early and I was told everyone is at lunch and told him I would be back at 1. They fixed my truck as they always do. Aaron is an awesome owner and I have been going to them for 30 years but he get real old. You are in customer service and WE are paying your salary or paycheck.
