The actual service Team was excellent. However while in the waiting room, I was hit up by several different salespeople trying to sell me another Nissan. Then a salesperson called me at home at night on my unlisted number that could have only been obtained from my service record. I only recommend them because of the excellent work and my treatment by the service team.

I liked how they got my car on in and did what they needed to do and I liked how they kept me updated on what was going on with my car. I love that they have courtesy van service as well. What I didn't like was I just felt like I shouldn't had to pay anything, the fact that I still had warranty on my tires, but I'm not complaining.

The service was performed however, there was no verbal communication/discussion with me on any findings and it took 3 times as long as it should have to be done. I was the 1st customer in for the day for an oil change. It shouldn't have taken 1.5 hrs to do. If I do recommend this place, I will inform the person of this experience.

I always make an appointment for services. Came in for an oil change and was informed of a second recall on my car that I wasn't notified of yet. They replaced it and added me to the list for the next recall. I will continue my service where I bought my car from.

Their customer service is usually pretty good, the mechanics forgot to actually break down what was going on with my vehicle which was frustrating, however when I called them they went over every problem my vehicle had, and suggested what to fix step by step. With no issues, Didn't mansplain anything. Good people, patient and understanding as well.

Tried to link new phone and navigation system. Service tech, Krissy, worked with me first a half hour. Next, she walked on the problem for another hour and a half. She went well over and above the call of duty. It turned out the phone model series had to be upgraded to work with the navigation system.

Performed thorough electrical testing to determine the battery, otherwise strong, had to be faulty to not respond to normal charging from the alternator. Replaced the battery at no charge. (no pun intended).
