I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I figured they would tell me I needed new tires, which they did. I declined and told them I only wanted them rotated. They charged me for both. I had been having issues with low tire pressure since the weather change, particularly with the front passenger tire having to air it up every couple of trips. I had just lost the cap to that tire 2 days prior. After leaving Orr, I noticed the tire pressure was still off. I pulled over and the same tire w/no cap was STILL front passenger! I called back to the dealership and spoke with Gena, who said she would look at the tape, but it would be the next day before she could get back to me, and that if the tires hadn't been rotated, I could get a refund or a free oil change next time as I live over an hour away. No call. No answer when I called her. A survey follow-up only offered $10 off. UNACCEPTABLE. I will be calling the main office about this.
