Cant get anyone to call back and my car is still at the Infiniti dealership waiting for payment. Been over 3 weeks. The car that they rented for me from Entreprise is trying to be charged to me. My car has been ready for over two weeks waiting on payment from CarMax. I have tried to get in touch with the dealership manager numerous times with no response.

Not helpful. Problem was diagnosed but I'm not sure it was correct. Part no longer available from Infinity so would have to do a complicated work around. Took it somewhere else and still no conclusive diagnosis. Problem has not occurred again so until it does I'm not going to take the car for a 3rd opinion somewhere else.

The service department arranged for my car to be serviced at my convenience. They took me to work and once the maintenance was completed that morning, they picked me up from work to get my car and they explained all that was done. They were courteous, informative and prompt in providing the service.

Service department staff were polite and professional. They provided a loaner vehicle when they realized it would be an extended time period before my vehicle was repaired. They said they identified the source of the warning lights and repaired accordingly. Communication as to the status of the repair could be better but overall a positive experience.
