We've been taking our cars to Orr Cadillac for service for many years. Yesterday was a whole new experience. The service department has always been pretty good, yesterday they were absolutely great. The Service Manager desk was fully staffed with friendly smiling professionals who made me feel very welcome. Casey, who moves the cars around, greeted me immediately after I got out of the truck with a handshake and "Welcome to ORR". After the service was completed, the truck was handwashed. It looks great. Casey took me out to the truck, opened my door, shook hands again and wished me a great day. That had to be the best experience I've ever had with a service department of any type. I really like the changes, "Bravo Zulu" to the Service Manager.

The first price quotes was north of $8,500.00 but when I told them that I was coming to get my vehicle the price dropped to just south of $5,000.00. After two weeks I received my vehicle and it was not repaired correctly. After I received my vehicle nothing has changed since my second visit and I was told that I needed to drive my vehicle around 500 mile so that the transmission cold lear my driving habits. We are still in the learning stage.
