Orr set my expectations regarding price and service time for my scheduled work, and met both. Like this week's service, my experience with Orr BMW over the past 9 years has been nothing but good. BMW parts and service are not cheap, but Orr provides quality service and great customer accommodation, at a fair price.

I was there last week and they supposedly did multipoint inspection. I came back today for warranty work and then they tell me I need tire and new breaks. Every time I come, it is 4 hour round trip travel. Now I must drive down again for my breaks because ticket on 11.26 says multi point was done but obviously was not since no mention of breaks.
