Our experience was outstanding. Matt was knowledgeable and helped me to understand what I needed to know about the Mini Cooper S I had recently purchased. The service tech made a video to show what he found and corrected and it was a great presentation. We didn't wait long and we were on our way. I would highly recommend this service department.

Service was straightforward and normal. The only problem was the technician failed to plug a coil pack in that he accidentally unplugged during the service and returned the engine shaking, and I had to plug this back in myself and the dealership when spoken to about the problem just tried to cover their butt and say that that it wasn't their fault and did not try to rectify the issue or apologize in any kind of way.

They are always so nice there. They help with questions. My only issue was they suggested tires soon and only quoted me for 2 which they didn't explain so I was very surprised when I actually asked how many it was for and it was only 2.
