Hyundai broke my vehicle when they tried to install a safety upgrade I did not authorize. It's now almost 2 months that the issue they created cannot be resolved and I am without my vehicle. I get weekly reports saying they have no news to give me regarding its repair. At this point I doubt that they the issue can be effectively repaired and I need Hyundai to let me know their plan of action to make me whole.

The engine froze up on my 2015 Hyundai. Greenway reported it to Hyundai and they agreed to cover the cost of a new engine. Greenway installed it and within a couple of days my car was back on the road again. My only expense was a little over $1,000 for installation and new hoses etc. It could have cost me so much more, if I had to cover the cost of a new engine.
