Made appointment @ 8:00 am and arrived @ 07:45 am . Was met by a very polite and professional service writer and processed for my 10,000 mile service. In less than an hour the "free oil/filter change", tire rotation, and courtesy wash was completed and I was on my way.

Couple of times I have had my car serviced at Orland. The team except one person was not as friendly as I would liked. And usually when I step into the service desk I have to wait for several minutes before anyone acknowledges me. And this is a service desk with people setting at their desk without a customer in front of them.

I had to wait too long ( nearly 2 hours) for recall service that shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes to complete. I did have an appointment and I arrived on time. Also, the progress monitor that I accessed on my phone never updated beyond check-in.

I liked everything, I had a noise coming from my car late at night so early next morning I went to my dealer for service. ( NO appointment ) They took my car in, but said they would try to fit my car in at 7 AM. To my surprise by 9AM my car fixed . VERY HAPPY WITH THE SEVICE I RECIEVED. ( no charge )

Charged diag. fee but the car did not act up. Stated that pump pressure and volume were tested and seemed good. 3 months later the pump failed altogether. Not entirely sure that they could have predicted this, not their fault, however, how does a failing pump revive itself for 3 more months? I stated my concern that this may act up again in the future.

This was one of the very few times I wasn't the first or second appointment. Was concerned but didn't need to be. I sat outside while I waited for routine maintenance to be completed. It was a beautiful day, and the time flew by. I believe the rep who assisted me was "Andy." He warmly answered my questions, and I left very pleased with my experience. Good job, everyone !
