Service is excellent, but I do wish someone had told me they need a key to unlock my tires to work on them. Had tires changed many times over the years and no one ever asked for the key, so I didn't know the tires sometimes came locked when we buy our cars. I used to keep the lug nuts and key in my car so I guess the mechanic would find it without ever telling me they needed it.

The premises are very clean. The work performed was very good and efficiently done. My car was kept neat even though they checked the spare tire and had to move things in the trunk. There was good coffee and a clean restroom.

Orange county tire and repair is the only car repair place I ever go to have my car's maintenance or repairs.
They are 100% honest. It took me over 2 years to find a car repair shop that I could trust and feel comfortable with.

Had to go back because the seal used on the oil filter was faulty and car was leaking oil. When I called, the individual Mike said theyve had problems with the same thing in the past and may think about changing vendors. Why would they not change vendors after it happened the number of times before? Ive gone here for years but since Paul retired and Pete was let go this place has been a mess.

It took me some time to find a reliable and honest mechanic but I finally found one with Orange County Tire and Auto. If they tell me something needs to be repaired on my car I can rely upon them. Jesse and Mike explain in layman's terms what is either right or wrong with my car . I would highly recommend this company to everyone that owns a vehicle. I would not recommend a Hyundai dealership.
