Additionally, there is an ongoing electrical fault causing the passenger seatbelt warning light to activate when the seat is unoccupied. Given these critical failures, the reliability of any testing claimed by the dealership is highly questionable.

I have been going to Open Road for over 10 years and the service is really a horrible experience. The service folks are much robots. The service is never broken down. Just a flat number. Take it or leave it. Parts are always less than the labor. Very disappointed.

Not bait and switch, just BAITED me to see him and only him by offering a package deal on my next 3 services and fell back on the deal.
