Service is normally decent not long wait times if you have appointment I just don't like the small charges they add on.. i remember back in the day a fluid top off was apart of the standard oil change but now im finding a $1 charge for washer fluid i never asked for ...alot of places are starting these sneaky forms of pop up charges other than that the place is ok.

The repair shop recommended that I replace the engine and cabin air filter, but I declined since I replaced them at the end of summery, four months ago.

Customer service is good, knowledge is great, but I feel they're operations are missing. Some steps. Came in for standard oil change, and they completely missed a thermal sensor that produced a check engine light less than 24 hours after we left. We aren't being charged for the additional repair but it kind of stinks that I had to go back last thing two days after getting standard service.

Was told he would have someone call me back then the car was not available but they had another one for higher price. They advertise low prices to bring you in then sneak in hidden fees. BEWARE

Dealer advertised a certified car only to tack on a certification fee of $1500 to the final price once I made an appointment. Also slipped in a VIN etching fee which he told me management would not allow him to remove. I canceled the appointment and requested that my deposit be refunded, which as of today, it has not (it has been over a week).
