I requested the auto detailed to buff out the scratches. It appears it was just a simple wax job. Lots of white waxy polish was still on the car but scratches are still obvious. BMW needs a better "detail" vendor. BMW is great but that detail service was not.

The tech that worked on the car stated the car had an issue that was a " normal problem " after taking it to another BMW store and getting a second opinion comes to find out the car was damaged by a previous oil change that the tech tightened the oil filter to much and it cracked the housing.

I waited almost 2 and a half hours for an oil change on a Friday afternoon with very few other customers at this location. My car was not washed and 2 different service representatives lied to me. Worst service I have ever received. I would give no stars if it was possible. My extended service plan is expiring and I will not be renewing.

Took my bmw for oil change and was told i couldn't add maintenance for 3 years because appointment was already made, when i pick up was told i could but had to pay on top of oil change for that day service, in addition nor even a quick vacuum or wash a car? Customer service is not important in any open road i guess

No commitment on time delivery, no courtesy drop up or vehicle service available, the job done is not satisfactory, but prices billed are very high, in short while purchasing the services they will lie down in feet where as what is committed to don't it
