Brandon was great in explaining what caused the problem and how long it would fix the problem. Tha waiting area is awful. Unlike at other car dealers while waiting for your car they have variety iof snacks , teas and coffee. And cold water. At Lexus , they variety of snacks and very homely waiting area.

They also checked out the car and found nothing wrong. They washed the car before returning it There was no charge to me for the service. I was very impressed by my treatment.

They did the recall, but I booked my appointment in July and my schedule appointment was December. I was expecting or I should of got a loaner vehicle, but apparently it's limited. It was so inconvenient that I had make arrangements to find a ride this and that. Overall the recall was done I guess.
