Was in the lobby waiting for my car an hou and a half after the repair was already finished because the lady sent a text to the wrong never saying my car was ready and never bothered to check up , finally got tired of sitting there and went to ask about my car, was just handed my keyes and told sorry for the wait.

Great work as usual. Only downside to bring car to the official dealership to inspect and check in is the cost for the repair is set highest which most likely unrealistic to the value of the car and reality of the affordability. I trust their skills and liability which they are responsible for the company and trust.

I specifically told the service team the conditions in which a problem has occurred multiple times. They did not test the vehicle in the conditions I provided and said it was good to go. They don't want to see the issue occur because they don't want the 30 day timer to start for a lemon law.

Called parts to determine availability of remote. Was quoted 212 for remote and 50 for programming. Showed up for appt. Told programming was $120 and additional $60 fee for key in remote. Service manager took me aside and apologized for incorrect quotes and took $50 off service charge. So $350 instead of initial quote of 262 plus tax.

Someone forgot to reset my oil light, I got an oil change last time when all I wanted was a new battery and reprogram my carthat battery went super low so at this more recent service they did a great job on my oil change, and I asked for that battery service and after 4 hours of waiting, I got my car back with the light still on and the battery was not charged!! I told them clearly the battery had ran low and I wanted it tested and charged to see if there is a power draw somewhere. They pointed out my stereo amp, which is grounded properly and powered by a switchable circuit that onyo works when the car is on, not even on accessory mode (Im an expert installer) so thats for sure not the issue. Got my car back with an oil change light, and an uncharged battery. Otherwise I get great service from the people in the service department. I wish youd stop people from smoking anywhere near entrances, per state lawthats the only flaw, really, that makes the rest not bearableif i wasnt forced to inhale peoples smoke every time the lounge door opens, it probably wouldnt have seemed so "raggedy" around there.

I purchased two key fobs for my Mazda, which admittedly I should not have done as I ended up buying a new car however, parts charged me $500 and then service tried to charge me another $500 for a total of $1000 for two key fobs for a 14 year-old car. It has been over a week and I still have not received the refund. I purchased both of my Mazda's from this dealership and I have zero confidence in the shop's business practices. On the other hand, the purchase experience was great and I love my new Mazda CX 30. I have to admit that I am worried about warranty work in the future.
