Great experience from entering the building and waiting while my service was done. Great service area and techs were very nice, and made me feel welcomed. Waiting area is very nice, and service was done in a timely manner. Will be returning to this dealer.

I was noticed the output from my alternator was dropping, when we were towing our boat, returning home from vacation. I stopped at Olson Chevrolet, about 3 pm, an effort to fit me in. They did a diagnostic and replaced the alternator, with a tech even volunteering to stay after hours to get me on the road. As a surprise plus, they had the part on hand and had me on the road BEFORE closing!

I liked getting vehicle taken care of. When I made appointment, I simply requested an Oil Change. They accomplished the 60,000 mile service on request when turning in vehicle. What I didn't like was I called in on 12-31-24 and couldn't get appointment until 1-13-25.

Set up an appointment to have my Chevy silverado detailed inside and out with the owner and discussed what I wanted done. When I picked up my vehicle, some of the work that was promised was not completed. Rock chips were not taken care of and my floor mats were in the bed of the truck and had not been detailed. When I went to pay, the employee couldn't figure out why I was quoted the price I was suppose to pay because they usually charge more for those services. This was my first and last experience with Olson Chevrolet.
