The people are friendly and the information I receive while my car is being serviced is great. They give me info on what I came in for and then a breakdown of what was reviewed. Giving prices on all things that need to be repaired and the opportunity if it is something that can wait a bit longer or needs to be handled now. In this case my service provider Daniel was friendly and explained all.

Not welcoming. Charging for diagnostic test but did not see the real problem. Also charging me for the repair without guarantee thats why I decline their service. Wasted my diagnostic test for 209 dollars for just telling me they ate not sure of what is the problem. And estimating 1000+ or more for fixing the problem but they are not sure if the check engine will come back 1k for a not guaranteed work.

Excellent, honest and reliable service. Every aspect explained including photos of worn items that need repair or replacement.
Waiting room amenities very poor and in huge contrast to the previous ownership. Also, the addition of a 3% surcharge by the service dept is highly objectionable and disappointing. Perhaps it would be more prudent to raise prices if need be.

The work was completed. This service center did not include the usual benefits I have received at other Nissan locations, though, like vacuuming the interior or a car wash. They also added 4% to the bill to run my credit card for a $390 transaction. I have not seen this done at other locations either. I will not return here and will patronize the other locations instead.

Internet price was misleading. Live 2 hours from dealership. Requested walkaround video numerous times, but never provided. This was something voluntarily provided by another dealership and extremely helpful in understanding cars features and condition.
Because of numerous negative reviews, I asked and was told there would be add on fees and car would not be sold for advertised price. Passed on it.

The car was very well priced and as pictured/described. We were able to meet w a salesman the next day. He was very pleasant and eager but clearly inexperienced. The finance/accounting staff were excellent. We appreciated the Carfax information VERY much. The list of cars sent to us had excellent info. And we appreciated that we could choose cars being sold in our area only.
I highly recommend the Carfax system.

They lied on the phone to get me to drive over 110 miles and 1 1/2 hours to see the vehicle then tried to add lots of extras so 52k turned to 62k (I thought there was a reason the dealership was almost empty when I got there ) I told them off and left . I recommend you go anywhere else I would've given no stars but it set up so you can't

Didn't like how long it took to get the job done. I made the appointment for 10am, arrived on time. And waited (at home) all day. Picked the car up at 6:30pm. That's a looooong time to be without a car.
They did the job, however.
I liked the friendly customer service. I hope the job was done correctly.
I believe pictures should be taken at every step of the job.

I would not recommend purchasing vehicles from this dealer. I paid registration when I purchased the car. However after multiple calls and after 2 weeks have passed they said they are sending docs to my state for registration. This is fraud completely to keep registration fees for 2 weeks before they send paperwork

Sister dealership of Huntley Ford. Avoid at all costs. The sales people and managers are condescending and would literally not give you the all in price for a car until you're ready to sign the purchase agreement. I literally had to say "ok we have a deal at full price" before they gave me the tax and fees amounts. I obviously didn't end up buying a car from here. Avoid at all costs!

Car wash was included. Report with photos is nice and informative.
Waiting area could be better. Couldn't find armchairs this time. Had to go out for a walk because there was nothing to do while I was waiting for my car.

Mary, the service writer could not have been nicer! She continually checked in to let me know the status of my vehicle. The only negative thing I have to say is, I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half for my oil change. I was there for three hours! I know they do a complete inspection of your vehicle, but I think a three hour wait is a bit excessive.

Very rude and unhelpful sales person refuse to give me any information on the car in which I was interested over the phone, or discuss any potential terms. They had the car I wanted most but I ended up buying a second choice from CarCityWholesale as they were exceptionally helpful.

Very unprofessional, the major thing is how much are you putting down and how fast can we get you off our lot? No they don't follow up. You must physically go up there to address whatever problems you may have with your purchase and if it's used, you're gonna have a problem.

Took over 1.5 hour to change oil despite having an appointment. Lube tech forgot to top off windshield washer fluid, spilled oil on engine cover and cleaned off with brake parts cleaner which caused white discoloration of black engine covers.
Either my standards and expectations are too high or there's no longer attention to detail at auto service facilities and this is exactly why I opt to so my own repairs and maintenance.

Was set to purchase a Rivian R1S that day and asked to ONLY deal with the sales manager as I simply don't do the typical back-and-forth sales experience with a sales rep as the middle man. Eliminate the middle man at a car dealership if you want to not pull your hair out in frustration and time-wasting.
Sadly, they cannot figure out how to do this and sent sales guy after sales guy after me. PASS
