I moved my car to Olathe Toyota last Saturday to have them check my car about the reason that I cannot start it. They run some tests and get no answer for it. I even know if it is safe for me to drive it now. They just say they cannot find anything wrong with my car. Very bad experience! They did not charge me the rental fee, I don't know why? I just want to know what's wrong with my car. Can I drive it now?

After the tire rotation, I noticed that my car starts swerving to the right. I called and I was told it might be an alignment problem, that I need to pay $129.99 for that. or buy a new tire. All this where marked as inspected in the sheet I was given. I was wrong spending so much at the dealership thinking they know what they are doing. I do not think I will go back again. I think they did a very crabby job. Customer service is so poor.

They only item to perform was tire rotation; they did that OK I guess. They did not reset the car computer to eliminate the ''MAINTENCE REQUIRED message on the smaller dash screen. I noticed that a couple of miles from the dealership and had to return to get the item fixed.

They did a good job for what they had to work with, I just wanted a more in depth understanding of the problem, not just a probable fix. I do understand it is a matter of money, more diagnostics cost more money and I am content with what I got although that would not be the case if they were wrong in the assessment.

On March 3rd, I checked my Highlander in at 7:45 a.m. Received a text at 9:54 a.m. that the work was done. Total time 2 hours 9 minures Customer # 232185 Invoice # TOCS619291 You charged me $718 for labor on replacing the 2 Front Struts! I don't know how much of the $139.95 charge for the Alignment was due to labor or how much time it took out of the total time of 2 hours 9 minutes? Charging me over $350 per hour is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would love for someone to call me and JUSTIFY the $350+ per hour for Labor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will start looking for a more reasonable car repair shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too expensive for the miles. Brand new vehicle only a few thousand more. Salesman impatient with our 3 test drives. Lastly, history reports are lacking. I purchased my own carfax report & saw accident which was not on the report provided by carmax.
