We took our car in to replace 4 new tires. The service guy JR Bouser that we checked our car in with called and asked if we wanted to replace the shocks as well and we said no we would wait for another time. When my son went to pick up the car the shocks had been replaced and there was an extra $507.23 added to the bill.

The mobile service tech was very friendly & timely, however he obviously was not aware of exactly where the battery was located in the trunk & which panels needed to be removed to remove the battery. This was not a problem as I already knew what was necessary. Perhaps there are not many MKZ Hybrid 12 volt batteries that need to be replaced. Perhaps some Utube Vedic's would be helpful.

A couple of wheel lug bolts broke off while rotating the tires. They were replaced free of charge and gave me the oil change at no charge for the inconvenience. Since they had it over night, they sent us home in a new Escape Hybrid. How could anyone complain about that? That is why Olathe Ford has been doing all of my service work for the last ten years.

It was pretty much a waste of time. They don't tell me until later that there wasn't a fix for my recall (why it was there), don't change the filter (could have done that with my oil change but since I was coming for the recall) and said wiper fluid wasn't working but worked all day. So they kept the car all do to play with the wiper fluid that worked fine.

They suggested filter changes and my daughter does those for me, and they were very polite when I declined that service. They have been taking care of my car for me for several years. We are "Ford" people, so I like having people who are trained to work on. my car doing it.

Missed diagnosed my vehicle they said the battery to my wheel sensor was out wanted to charge $200 for replacement, took to another dealership found a nail in my tire charged me $25 , another thing the steering has not been fixed in 3 years and the other dealership found the problem within a couple of hour's SMH.

This included diagnosing and taking care of a tire with a nail in the tread. Periodically he would keep me updated on the progress of my car. In an expeditious fashion the car was returned to me, having been washed after the service.
